Well this is rubbish. Just updated my s24 ultra to one up 7 and now I am getting no service. The only way I get it is with WiFi calling. If I turn WiFi off I get no service at all. I have factory reset my phone and still nothing. Anyone know a work around.

Did you try different sim? Placing sim in different slot? Checked if there are network issues

Check if signal is better in different location 

Attempted manual network selection

Yep tried 2 different networks in both sim slots and nothing. And both sim working fine in other phones.

So see both pics. When WiFi is on I get service on network. As soon as I turn it off I get no service. So for me to make call text I have to have WiFi. Will not work without it being on. 1747340811307.jpg1747340811335.jpg

That sounds like network issue. Did you try different location? Also trying to manually set the network provider

Yes as said before I have tried everything. It's not a network issue as I can use sim fine in other phones. Even my wife's sim don't work in here unless wifi is on. It's definitely a phone problem after updating. It's clearly broken something in the phone. Was working fine before the update no issues

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app and then contact Samsung support if you still facing issues

Yes will ring them tomorrow as diagnostic appointment show network as working

Maybe try reset network settings and make sure you have mobile data in SIM manager as active x
