When I am talking selfie, i see a beautiful picture with just enough blur to even my skin tone(right)... but after the picture is taken it look totally different(no blur stayed, left)...wth, I miss my s20 FE for the awesome, simple way to take selfie......

Seriously the same exact thing happens with mine. It's crazy I don't look like I look when I snap the picture and I don't look like I do in the mirror. Something happens with the after photo edit in gallery. I've called Samsung numerous times about this issue and they said it was supposed to be fixed with the latest update. Definitely did not fix it

Hi @Klodee
If you haven't already then look at the photo optimisation setting in your camera app.
Launch Camera > Tap on Cog icon > Intelligent Optimisation.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Yeah i can see that, but my problem is after... the right picture is in the camera, the left one is when I go see the picture in the gallery... the final result isn't what I see at the screen when I take the picture... on my s20 fe, I was using the bluring filter at level 3 and it was perfect. Now whatever level I take, it doesn't show in the final result 😅

It suck getting a better option, newer, and paying for it but it is worst... with weird bug

Yeah this is what Samsung says to do but it doesn't fix the problem. Something wrong with the contrast and washing out the color that only happens after you snap the picture. If you watch carefully when you open the picture in the gallery there's a split second when you can see it get altered. Never ever ever is it altered for better on the s24 every single time it's altered for worse

@Klodee: Please try opening the Camera app > Tap the 2 overlapping squares in the top right > Face, and make sure that this is toggled on (if not, tap on 'Off' in the bottom right corner). Now, tap on the water droplet symbol and make sure that the slider is adjusted to your preference. Now, tap the Back button > Tap the cog in the top left > Save selfies as previewed. Let me know if you notice an improvement.

l already did all that, and like I said I see the effect in the camera but not in the picture....

It's an issue that has been raised multiple times in multiple threads. Samsung is forcing 'image optimisation' which completely changes a photo once it arrives in the gallery. Even with it set to minimum it still ruins all my pictures also.
It's not just the selfie camera, it's all photos.
