Warranty coming up Red and Product numbers don't match on S24 Ultra! *Solved!*

Hi Guys,

My new S24 Ultra arrived today and my warranty says it seems to be from outside the UK.

It's from Samsung Uk, bought through the app!

Weirdly the product number on my invoice is different from the one on the website...

How do I find the number on the phone and does this mean I'll need to send it back?

Can I add photos to these posts?

I also haven't got the latest software update either...

It could be an error within the database. I would contact Samsung, but it you wait a bit, it might correct itself.

You should remove Serial Number and IMEI number.

They are unique and could be used by other people.

Strangely, when I spoke to Samsung, my Imei comes up with the Sm-928B etc ending in B on their end, which isbthe same as my invoice and order...
On the Samsung website under My Products it ends in X and still shows I need to check the country of purchase.
The lady said it's showing her end that I have a warranty, and to keep any reference numbers from me contacting them.

I can't find any way of actually finding the SM-S928BZKHEUX or B number on my handset...

Very odd!

Turns out its fine - I unregistered it and then re registered it, and it was just a problem with the site at their end...20240924_114604_1000021622_1727174765.jpg

Is it just me or does anyone else wonder how some companies can design and manufacture a product that is incredibly complex and yet have support and administration systems that are a complete s***show?

I know it's mad isn't it. I spoke to 4-5 sales and tech people, had remote access techs looking through my phone etc... And it turned out to be the equalivalent of "have you turned it off and on again?"
