Hi Guys,

My new S24 Ultra arrived today and my warranty says it seems to be from outside the UK.

It's from Samsung Uk, bought through the app!

Weirdly the product number on my invoice is different from the one on the website...

How do I find the number on the phone and does this mean I'll need to send it back?

Can I add photos to these posts?

I also haven't got the latest software update either...

Settings > about phone will tell you your devices imei numbers. I wouldn't post photos containing you're personal details or the imei numbers. I would honestly contact samsung.

The imei numbers match up... I called Samsung but tech couldn't really help and then they put me back through to sales and the call cut off and they're closed now. I'll call tomorrow...

But there's where it's red under where warranty should be....! 😐20240923_221056_1000016967_1727125856.jpg1727125880785.jpg

See that the 2 numbers starting with SM are completely different...

Yeah that's not ideal! Especially as it came directly from Samsung and the emails and paperwork all say the Sm number on the invoice...

But I can't find where it shows it on the phone settings?

If you go to settings, scroll down to about phone. Model number should show up. However I'm only getting the 5 first numbers show after the SM- on the z flip 6.

Hi @Chris_F_Design

It could be an error within the database. I would contact Samsung, but it you wait a bit, it might correct itself.

You should remove Serial Number and IMEI number.
