It's advisable to perform forum search first as this question was answered before.

If you don't see the banner you device is not eligible/invited.
If you got your device from most carriers it's not eligible for one ui 7 beta.
The stable release is in months or so time, so i personally don't think you missing out on anything, and the fresh update and new looks as stable release will be more exciting.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

One UI7 is also currently full so even if you could see the banner, you may not be able to join.
