Free Galaxy Ear Buds

I ordered my phone at the start of December, received the review email, left a review and this happened about a couple of weeks ago, but I've never received a confirmation email and I can't submit another review under the same name. How long does it take to receive the validation email for your review?

I suggest keeping an eye for email. Usually, they send tracking number when it's validated.
If you have any concerns you should reach out to the samsung promotions team.
It could be due to festive season so it could take a bit longer.

I got an email today that they will be delivered tomorrow. It does seem like around 14 days after I completed the survey

I received an email today as well but it doesn't seem to be ready to be delivered until near the end of the month. At least I have a confirmation email now

Mine said "order now to be delivered 30/01/25" ...however obviously they were already being sent free so not sure why it said that. However, they then sent tracking number and my DPD app shows item to be delivered today. Check your email incase u have a tracking number or download DPD app.

I have ordered An S25 Ultra and free galaxy buds are meant to be available but are not mentioned in my order acknowledgement. How can I check to make sure I an to receive them?
