Hi, I have the s24U, and I noticed an issue with the volume lately. I've been watching a series on my phone on the desk, and without touching the phone the volume just decreased

I thought it was a bug with the streaming app, but this morning the volume increased from 0 when watching a video on Instagram.

Has anyone experienced this? (:

I have A55 and its doing the same thing, I personally believe its because some ***** at Samsung thought it might be good idea not to include 3,5mm jack and let it run through usb-c port, so I had to buy reduction and now Im having this problem so go thank Samsung for this whole problem

Same issue, volume increases for no reason. Not connected to any Bluetooth and the buttons are free of any case or anything. Have my S24 for 3 months now and its rubbish.

Mine too. Almost all apps. Been over a year now and I've had to set a mac volume so my ears stop hurting from the random volume raises.

same, just experienced it now. No bluetooth devices connected as well. It happened maybe after I updated the software.

Still no solution

- it's not the case

- it's not Bluetooth

- it's not Dolby

It happens randomly regardless of situation, app, wifi, streaming, game, etc.

English translation:

"I have an s24 FE and something similar happens to me but it is the speaker on top, the front one, that cuts off or decreases its volume by itself, I do not have Dolby activated or Bluetooth devices and when watching a video or listening to music randomly the speaker on top turns off and on or decreases its volume randomly"
