Hi @NSR500
The side button, press and hold has two possible configurations, Wake Bixby or Power off menu
Settings -> Advanced features -> Side button
You might need to see if Good lock has some extra configuration, or a similar utility app.

Have tried changing the settings for press and hold? Does it do what it is selected?
Another possible workaround is to clear cache, and/or cache partition. Have you tried it already?

I would try clearing the cache first. It solves many simple issues like that one. Contacting Samsung would be my last resort. I can be time consuming.
Another thing that I would do is to send an error report via the members app. It is easier than contacting support directly.
Open the Members app, tap support tab, and scroll down to Send feedback and report error, it is advisable to send the report within 15 minutes of the error happening.
Their technical team might get back to you sooner that way,

@NSR500: It is possible that your Volume Down button is sticking, and this is resulting in a screenshot being captured when you press the Side button. To check, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics > Buttons, and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have the opposite situation (on my S24):
- I like to take a screenshot using vol-down and power, both long press
- however, the turn-off menu appears after 2 secs
I confirmed:
- vol-down button is not sticking and working properly, as does the power button
- rebooted the phone
- changed the setting for power long press from "show turn-off menu" to "Bixby"
- long pressing power button alone works as expected for both settings
- pressing vol-down and power shows the turn-off menu again (also if "Bixby" is configured)
In one of the posts above, clearing some caches is advised, how do I perform that?
