Good lock – issue

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue with the Good Lock modules. After activating them, they stop working after a few hours. I have been experiencing this problem for the past month.

Is this a common issue?

Which modules are you experiencing issues with @DeerarDS  🤔 

Is Goodlock natively available in your region i.e you haven't acquired it via an apk file ?

I've been using Goodlock and Navstar , Home Up and Quickstar with no issues.

Sometimes when a major update is sent out by Samsung then Goodlock can be affected while the developer updates their app. 

Make sure there's no software updates available for Goodlock. 

Try clearing the Goodlocks Cache by long holding on the Goodlock App and choose the i and tap on storage then clear Cache. 

A more broad approach is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 

There may also be another app you've downloaded that maybe clashing with the Goodlock App and it's plug ins.

Hi @BandOfBrothers, so I'm having trouble with Home Up, Quick Star, and Registar.

GoodLock is available in the UK, by the way.

I've tried everything except clearing the cache for the System partition sections. I'll give that a go and see if it helps!

I also used good lock for years with different models with no issue with my Galaxy S10.
This issue is only with my Galaxy s24.

It might be the current software on your phone. 

You could try speaking with the developer of Goodlock. 

What issues are you having ?

Wiping the partition cache worked like a charm! 🎉
All modules are now working perfectly! 👍
