Hi, I have the s24U, and I noticed an issue with the volume lately. I've been watching a series on my phone on the desk, and without touching the phone the volume just decreased
I thought it was a bug with the streaming app, but this morning the volume increased from 0 when watching a video on Instagram.
Has anyone experienced this? (:

I have not experienced that issue. However, volume does get interrupted if a notification comes.
If you have a case, then check that the keys from the case are not causing that behaviour. I have seen similar behaviour when the key of the case is slightly pressing the volume key and the phone seems to get a life of its own.
Another possible cause are Bluetooth devices that might be controlling the volume. You could try taking the phone out the case and disabling Bluetooth to check if this is the cause of your phone's volume changing on its accord.
If you do not see similar behaviour with a "naked" phone, then you could try adding the case or the Bluetooth devices, one at the time and see if one of those is the culprit.
If none of these explains the volume issue, you might like to consider contacting Samsung Support. You could also report an error using the members app. Open the members app, tap the support tab and scroll down to feedback and send the report. It is advisable to send the report within 15 minutes of the problem happening.

The case is very soft in the buttons area, I'll try the same scenario without the case but I don't think that's the issue. Thank you for the answers!

I have no devices connected to the phone. And my phone is almost always on silent so I don't think that the notification case applies either. I will try the phone without the case, but the case is very soft in the buttons area so I don't think that's going to be a solution. But thank you for the answers!

This happens to me everyday. It doesn't matter the app (YouTube, Amazon music) the volume will increase our decrease by itself. No solutions. Time to return the phone.

Hi. Thanks for this assistance. I have the same issue, but I think it's the connected Bluetooth devices that caused it. I turned off the phone Bluetooth and the problem stopped. So now that I have discovered the problem, how do I proceed from here? How do I know which Bluetooth device is the real problem?

Turn off Dolby Atmos, or at least don't turn on it to Auto. Select Music or Movies. Hope it'll be okay.
