Voice access

Why is it when I switch on voice access, it tells me to download usa English and just keeps going on with itself and not download anything, so I have to switch it off. Not that I want us English,because I am in England. Can anyone advise me please? updates don't do anything and neither does diagnostic.checks. Thanks in advance.

I note you are in England but it's it a USA model by any chance?

Hi. You could check if your language (search under settings) is set to UK English.

Sometimes, it's set to US as default for whatever reasons.

Hello, I bought the phone from my EE.

I just double checked the setting incase I had made a mistake. I hadn't, it was set to English united kingdom. There was an update on it, I've just done it and hope that sorts it out. Thank you.

It still keeps telling me to download US English. I don't know what to do next. Anybody got and ideas? Thanks in advance

Thus is the worst phone I've ever bought since 1984. This 24 ultra, will not connect to my car.ìve tried and tried and can't do it.

My other problem is when my phone is resting, it goes to a black screen and "No photo selected.
I'm absolutely sick of this phone.
