Hey, my S24 doesn't seem to work well with my Buds 3 Pro. Every time I finish a call, I have to put the buds back in the case and reconnect them if I want to make another call. Otherwise, the person on the other end won't be able to hear me. Do you know what I can do to fix this?

You could try deleting the pair and then repair them with back up. 

Also check that all relevant permissions are allowed etc.

I have occasionally performed that action without achieving the desired resolution. Consequently, I am contemplating whether the issue originates from the phone or the earbuds. Since the purchase was made within the last ten days, I am considering returning the item.

Do other Samsung Buds or Bluetooth earphones or headphones connect OK 🤔

Hi @futureking 

Did you check that the buds and the phone have the latest firmware? Could you pair the buds with another device? A laptop, audio device, another phone?

Does the wearable app reports any error?
