Voice access language download

Does anyone has any issue downloading language pack after turning on the Voice Access?

My phone keeps looping at Downloading...

How are you downloading the language packs? I have downloaded language packs for keyboard and Translator without a problem. However, I have not activated Voice Access.

Could you post the steps you are doing for the download?

I went into Accessibility  > Voice Access Turn On and it prompts me to download the language pack but the download just keeps looping but never proceed.

I tried restart, reset settings, and even got a samsung support to come in to diagnose and they told me to submit an error ticket.

Hey guys, I think I've found the solution to this annoying issue. I have had the download stuck on my phone for maybe a week, a pop-up window prompting me to download the language update literally every time I've unlocked my phone . Aarghhh, nothing seems to work. Even the OS update didn't get rid of the issue. However, I've recently tried this, and it seems to have fixed it. 🤞Go to "voice access settings" and click on "Help and feedback" then from the sandwich menu (top right). Select "View in Google Play store." Open it with the Play Store and then uninstall it. Confirm that you want to remove all the updates. After this, both buttons have disappeared, but the app still remained installed. I've then gone back to voice access settings and got prompted again to download the language update. However, this time, when I pressed Download, another window appeared, asking me to confirm the download of ~65MB. So I've confirmed that, and it seems to have worked. Try this and let me know whether it worked for you.
P.S.: I've also toggled between 5G and Wi-Fi during the download, but I think that's irrelevant... Just in case.. 🤣

This works - seems like the Google Play Store version is incompatible with the latest download pack. The natively installed version on Android's system is the one we should be using.

I got rid of it i think!

1) Go to Settings > Accessibility > Installed Apps > Voice Access > Settings

The setting for "Activate for incoming calls" was ON  --> Switch it to OFF

2) Go back to "Voice Access" menu and turn it to OFF  **At Top ...it will ask you to confirm

That's all I did and it worked!  Good luck everyone...this was annoying to have loop.
