Virgin email problems

Hi. I have got myself another Samsung phone and I am no longer able to load the virgin mail account. It says that my password is incorrect but it isn't. I've seen some people asking to the same questions but there is never a solution. 
I hope someone can help.

This sometimes happens with my btinternet.com email address @Jimbojames @

I go onto the app via the settings then storage and clear it's cache. 

Other than that it typically self resolves.

@Jimbojames: Which app are you using to access your Virgin email account? Have you tried removing the account from your phone and re-adding it to see if this helps, or signing in to the account via a browser app to see if the problem persists?
