Video Cannot Record

Hi, does anyone have this problem on your S24Ultra: I turned on my camera and wanted to take a video, but the record button was greyed out and a box appear and say "Video Recording cannot function during a call" but I was not on a call. I tried going to history and closed every app and restarted the video again, but same problem. I checked all apps that can make calls and they were all off. Eventually I had to restart the phone and that solved the problem. Anybody has any idea why this happened and what to do if it happens again?

Just a glitch probably, it happens from time to time. You did the right thing by restarting the phone.

You can try resetting the camera. Open your camera>tap on cog wheel to get into settings>scroll down to 'Reset settings ' and tap on it

Also

Settings>apps>tap 3 dots top rh corner>Tap reset app preferences

Also, long press on your telephone icon>tap the exclamation mark top rh corner>Tap Storage>tap Clear cache
