USB issue trying to connect to a FiiO Q15 Dac.

I have a problem using the USB C connection from my phone to a FiiO Q15 Dac. Sound comes out of phone rather than through headphones. I noticed a notification on my phone (an S24 +) that says "high powered usb device connected use an external power supply"
Anybody else come across this or know how to fix?

I have an s24+ and a similar problem. I have a Fiio KA3 DAC, which always worked well for me on my Galaxy S10+ with Hi-res files using PowerAmp, but now on the s24+ everything is going very bad, when I play a song all I hear is distortion with an extremely loud sound, and when I pause it makes a kind of electricity sound in the DAC, unfortunately nothing worked for me, apparently the s24+ is not compatible with some Fiio dacs is my conclusion. I test them with normal type C headphones (without dac) and it works without problems.
