Contacting Samsung - after reading many posts on here.......

27th February, Samsung Live Chat. Raised an issue, agent created a Support Ticket. Promised response in 48 hours.

Needless to say - no response.

15th March, rang 0333 000 0333, navigated the lengthy options menus and selected S24 Series Tech Support. 

Answered on second ring. Yet so many on here seem to say an hour or two and no answer............

Agent definitely sounded British.
Definitely not reading from scripts.

So very very different from reports on here. We shall see if I get my promised call back within 48 hours (the agent raised a complaint). I'll let you all know.

Hey folks

The post is more about how others report issues in contacting Samsung. Users report waiting an hour or two and if they are lucky getting a response. Yet 2 weeks ago live chat (after the bot finished) started in a few seconds and tonight answered on second ring.

How are other user experiences so very very different?

Samsung support is not consistent at best.

I have had experienced those long waiting times. It does not mean that the opposite is impossible. Whenever they release a new phone, waiting times are exceedingly long.


Technology enthusiast, but not related to any technological company.
