Sometimes trying another different networks sim card in the phone can help @rjk6969
If not then your reliant on the country of origin sending out the update to your phone's model , build and serial number.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

One note: all mobiles bought in the EU directly online from Samsung have csc EUX, not just those bought in the UK.
This is mine csc
@rjk6969 Try to remove the sim card and via Smart Switch the mobile phone maybe download the update directly from Samsung server.
Maybe it would be best to reset the mobile phone to factory settings and set it up again, but without the sim card. I set up my mobile phone without a sim card, I inserted it afterwards and I have no problems with the upgrade, I always get FOTA. If you decide to take this step, make a backup of everything important to you before resetting
