Unstable network after update on s24 ultra

Hello All, 

 

S24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (only emergency calls) and I had to restart phone or plane mode on/off to work

Hi, I have the same issue in the UK. Did anyone ask Samsung to investigate the issue?

Same problem , losing connection again and again.

Samsung please do something. I very frustrated with this

It looks like it has something to do with 5g. Once I limit my phone to connect to 4g only, I don't have the issue anymore, but we need a fix ASAP.

This is an unacceptable problem to have on a phone this expensive and mobile plan that cost as much as Verizon does . This is what beta test are for

Same Issue. I took the phone to Samsung, and they atested it and can determine it is a network issue, 
I tried to say it can't be as I can be sitting next to 3 other people on the same network, with them on S22Ultra, and they have full coverage. Also moved from sim to esim to make sure it wasn't a SIM issue. Also tried with and without covers. 

NO luck so far. Getting to the point where I may have to change phones as I use my phone for work and this is causing many missed calls.

Same issue. I am on lyca never had a problem with my previous OP9 Pro, Always had 5G with 4 bars. But with s24 ultra it keeps losing network and network strength max i get is 3 bars. Has your situation improved? I am still under warranty so thinking to ditch the phone.

Did you ever get this resolved?

I did same as you, switched to estimate, Verizon reset my network settings, and applied an update, however it still randomly loses connection (emergency calls only)

I have no issues when connected to WiFi, only when on mobile data

I use my phone for work also & it's really causing an issue to where I may need to replace this expensive Ultra 24. 

Not happy Samsung! Totally unacceptable.
