Unstable data connectivity s24ultra

Hello All, 

I'm facing persistent issue with Wifi as well as Mobile data. s24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (Settings show it as enabled ) and I had to turn off and on mobile data to make it work again. This is very irritating while playing games or watching videos. Anyone facing similar issue?  Galaxy S24 Ultra

Ahhhhh my s22 doesnt let me deselect that! How frustrating. I think putting this phone in a toilet is the only logical answer at this point since they update DID NOTHING

Hi, I'm also facing the Data connection not stable problem. I started to notice the problem around March.

I changed my SIM card from the telco, because i thought my SIM card is old and did not support 5G. But, the problem is not solved.

When I travel to oversea and I used the eSim and also oversea telco SIM card. Sad to say, the data connection also not stable. So, I really think there are problems with S24 handling the data connection.

 

Will it be an upcoming version update release to fix the data connection problem?

Similar problem with my S24, I have to hit flight mode to reset the mobile data connection then it works, but as soon as I move and I presume the phone passes me to a new cell tower, the mobile data disappears again until I repeat the flight mode on and off routine. I'm really annoyed with this!

The solution is return phone this is borderline a scam by Samsung a 2000 dollar phone should not have these issues yet there cheapest one on the market has no issues like this at all and they still will not take ownership that there is a issue

The problem is definitely with the Samsung Ultra24. My wife has an older Samsung and us experiencing no such problem. Come on Samsung .. acknowledge the problem and give us a solution.

Same problem here, with S24. This is so embarassing for Samsung. None of the workarounds shared here worked for me.

I am having the same issues with my S24. I just got it in April and am already thinking of going back to my S10. It is consistently freezing-up, losing connection (both wifi and mobile data), won't allow me to make calls, text or anything. Just keeps coming up that there is a network issue. Yet it's only my phone out of our 3 that is having these issues. It also overheats regularly. I am not impressed.
