Unable to sync AIA+ app with Samsung Health

Hi everyone,
I've bought an S24 ultra here in the UK and I love it so far. 
However, I'm having difficulty in syncing my workout/Samsung health data with my AIA+ app that is based in Malaysia. 
FYI. AIA+ is the Vitality for Malaysia. 

I believe that the Health Connect is not letting me connect AIA+ with Samsung Health as the app domains are in different country. 
Is there a work around this?

Good idea. Haven't tried one before. Do you know a good vpn from the app store? Have 30 quid to spend 😂

Na. You'd have to research which works best for you.
Also the galaxy store is not the best. I just bought some random ***** just cause it's free with the voucher.

I have the same problems now with my S25 ultra 😞 It does not sync with AIA vitality Philippines App. When I messaged the AIA customer service, they said that they cannot award points from the steps because there was no option to just track the steps using Galaxy watch and S25 phone separately 😕

Hi! I have resolved this by going to Settings>Samsung health App > Samsung health settings > Apps > Philam vitality > Select all permissions

When I logged in to AIA app, all the data including my steps and workout were recorded and synced by AIA Vitality :smiling-face: hope this helps!
