Samsung Health App - searching and adding meals taking forever. Any tips ?

It is taking forever for the Samsung Health App to find and upload meals. It is lunchtime before I have even got to add my breakfast. Why is this ?

Connection issues maybe. Tried it just now and it displayed fast

Thanks. I have re-booted my phone and WiFi source but it is still occurring. Thanks for your comment though😊
