Anyone else having problems printing after the UI7 update?
I keep getting the "printer not available" and greyed out name when I try to print something.
If I remove the printer and add it again, I can print a page or two and it goes back to "not available", I can repeat the process and it will work again for a page or two with an occasional error telling me "printer out of paper" or the print spooler will get hung (if it gets hung, I have to reboot the phone for it to work again)
I print hundreds of pages a month and had no problem prior to the update so it's def something with UI7 that's causing the problem
(I chatted with the text option on here and they basically told me to factory restore my phone to "see if it helps".. I'm not about to go through setting the phone up from scratch again just to "see" if it works or not..
I have cleared cache, updated all relevant apps or plug ins, uninstalled and reinstalled the relevant apps or plugins, no luck)

It's a work network printer through Wi-Fi, as stated, I have been printing on this same printer from the same phone (and previous note) for years with no issue until the UI7 update, nothing else has changed

Yes, the printer has been ruled out, it does the same thing on other printers within the network as well

As mentioned, all the usual things have been tried, cache partition has been cleared, apps and plugging have been uninstalled and reinstalled (and recleared), I've even tried a few different ones.. same results

I am unable to print via previously working wifi on both my S23+ phone & my Tab S9+ tablet. This week my Chat connection to a Samsung Care Tech Pro (?!) for help fixing thid issue resulted in the Tech Pro DISCONNECTING from me without notice & without offering any help to fix this issue even after allowing him to directly access and connect to my phone to diagnose & fix this issue.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE....
