Trying to claim my pre order s24 ultra offers

I recently pre-ordered the Samsung S24 Ultra using my student account. As part of the pre-order offer, I am entitled to 12 months of complimentary Disney Plus subscription and a £30 credit on the Galaxy Store. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to locate information regarding these offers. I have registered my device and explored the Samsung Wallet, but access is restricted due to my age being under 18 (I am 17 years old). As a result, I am unable to view or redeem the offers before their expiration. I plan to visit the Samsung store this Saturday with my mother to seek assistance in claiming these offers.

U have to check ur samsunf wallet and press on promotion, u can only access the wallet if Ur over 18 so If u have ur devide Uber 18 than go to setting or search it up and can easily change it to get access to wallet
