Trying to claim my pre order s24 ultra offers

I recently pre-ordered the Samsung S24 Ultra using my student account. As part of the pre-order offer, I am entitled to 12 months of complimentary Disney Plus subscription and a £30 credit on the Galaxy Store. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to locate information regarding these offers. I have registered my device and explored the Samsung Wallet, but access is restricted due to my age being under 18 (I am 17 years old). As a result, I am unable to view or redeem the offers before their expiration. I plan to visit the Samsung store this Saturday with my mother to seek assistance in claiming these offers.

In the Disney T&C's, right at the beginning, it states that to claim the offer you must be 18+.

Therefore you may not be eligible for the offer as you won't be able to get the code.

You don't have to apply immediately though so depending on when you turn 18......

No I have tried opening it but it says that I have to be 18- I am turning 18 on the 15th of March which will be to late I think

I'm not sure about the March date but could you change your dob in your Samsung account for now?

Good news is that it appears in the T&C's that I've just looked at that you have until 31st March 👍
