Transfer of data to new phone

I have a new S24+ and have transferred my data across but it couldn't move notes or Wattsap. Any ideas? Thanks

To transfer WhatsApp and Notes to a new Samsung phone, ensure you're signed into the same Google account on both devices and that WhatsApp backup is enabled on the old phone. For WhatsApp, you can use Google Drive backup or direct transfer via Wi-Fi. For Notes, Samsung Smart Switch is a reliable option

Use WhatsApp backup feature. Create a backup from within WhatsApp and then restore on new phone. Notes as in Samsung notes? They should all sync as you login into same Samsung account

I take you used Smart switch? You can't transfer (or backup) WhatsApp stuff as they have their own feature for backup and transfer. It's in WhatsApps settings. As for notes, Samsung notes will transfer automatically with a samsung account. Just sign in on the other device. Enjoy your new phone! 😊
