Just spoke to technical team.
And they have confrimed Samsung has intentionally made the display look washed out and less vibrant.
So for everyone waiting for a software update / patch to fix this... There won't be one

totally and 100% agreed,

even if your 14 days promise is past,

this is a serious design fault

I would take Samsung to court if they don't accept my phone back because the display has a serious issue, and they know it too, and just don't want to admit it because it would cost them money.

I give them only 2 days to sort this out with software update, then this goes back and they have to have it back.

It is working for some folks including me, but the vivid is still washed out compared to my s22 ultra.

I'm absolutely livid that there isn't going to be a fix for this.  It's clearly a software problem because the RGB sliders don't work at all.  Be careful about sending it back.  If you got any gifts with it that you've opened, or a trade-in, it can get really complicated.  I can't get my old phone back either which is a pain in the ****.  Either send it back faulty, and if they decide it's not, you'll lose money on the opened free gifts, or send it back within the 14 day period and you'll lose money on the trade-in (in my case £190).

Roberto90pe posted this in another thread.  It's a hardware problem.  https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS24Ultra/comments/1ajziic/closer_look_at_grainy_display_under_400x_om...

Received the February update this morning... Guess what? I still isn't fixed, can you please explain why something as serious as this has taken nearly 5months to not bother fixing? I'm confused 🤔 1707836639276.jpg
