Today (well, yesterday actually) I received a notification to install a new software update on my 'only just recently purchased' Samsung S24 mobile phone. Like most Samsung users would do, I agreed to and installed this latest Samsung / Android mobile phone update, thinking that the upgrade would make improvements to my mobile phone etc.
Well, immediately after this new software upgrade installation was completed and my phone restarted and was operational again much regret came upon me. This latest software upgrade by Samsung / Android has completely changed the on screen look and features of my phone (that I've always been use to with Samsung). I seriously regrate ever installing this latest software upgrade and despite my desperate attempts of doing lots of searches online, for ways of rolling-back / reversing this latest software upgrade have all been unsuccessful. If you are a Samsung user, take note here and be warned about this!
Like most customer service help or responses these days being very minimal or totally non-existent, I'm not expecting any help or offer of assistance from Samsung itself or whether this (now, regrettable) software download / upgrade I made, can or will be fixed by Samsung.

1. Separation of notifications from ui settings is balls. Where my TINY GIRL HABDS rest, it forces me to ALWAYS use two hands to operate now. Not productive or beneficial.
2. App screen Search bar at bottom.again, makes previously one-handed functions 2 hand required. I have a work profile and now i have to either use 2nd hand to select, OR drop my phone trying to one hand it.
3. The changes largely make my phones functions TOO FAR FROM MY FINGERS TO USE, now that everything is on top OR drag down bars for right side settings is 3-inches out of reach... I HAVE TINY GIRL HANDS, NOT MONSTROUSLY LARGE MAN HANDS. Why the f would devs punish those with small hands by moving functions from the bottom to the top?? Theres literally an entire INCH my hand wont reach on the top when holding my phone as most people hold their phones...
4. The more circular UI is NOT aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. It actually annoys the f out of me. I want my old UI back, but because i have a work profile my phone HAS to have auto updates on.
5. Cut in copy paste bar now ONLY copies, no more "cut" and save...

1. you can still use the old style.
2. No idea how or why this is harder one handed.
3. There's almost zero UI changes that really change one handed operation. In fact it's arguably easier in the app tray with vertical scrolling apps lists.
4. Just cosmetics, so adding a complaint for the sake of it, why not.
5. Not sure what you mean, seems to be working fine for me.

Dear Samsung,
I am so sick and tired of buying your phones only for you to change my software whenever you want - forcing me to adapt to your changes that I DON'T want! I bought my phone because I loved it the way it was! If you're going to continue to push out these software updates then at least give those of us that want to - the option to revert changes back! I am P****D that my drop down notifications menu/shortcuts have been separated and changed - and my app menu from left to right to up and down! And you changed my dang camera too! This is unacceptable! Many of us hate change and hate struggling to use OUR phones! You can improve the software without forcing us to use it YOUR way!! Give us the power to change this junk back or you're going to lose a lot of repeat customers!!
On top of all of this, my battery has lasted me all day long since I bought it and now since your update I am down to 69% after only a couple hours! This is not ok!!
Stop changing what isn't broken!!

I'm sure it's great for those that want the change, but for me - I hate change period. I want my phone back to the way it was, but especially my battery that is now draining at rapid speed!
