Still no update on one ui 7

So I still havnt got am update for my s24 ultra its now 6 may , when will the one ui 7 be released please , I was a beta tester so I have one ui 7 already but Google wallet doesn't work because im still on the beta ( why this was taken out of the beta is a mystery. To me ) 

Im in the UK, phone is unlocked but on the three network , can I jave a date when its going to be released please

The S24 ultra update was paused for a while due to a bug and was restarted.

At this point check with three directly or inquire on their forums.

I've upgraded to One UI7 on my Tab S9 Ultra, yesterday. I updated to One UI7 on my S24 Ultra before the bug stopped the rollout. I've got an S25 Ultra as well, and everything is running smoothly. Have you manually checked that the update isn't available?

As far as I'm aware, Three have already approved the One UI7 update from beta to stable so your device should be on the rollout schedule.

However no one on here will be able to confirm a date for your specific device I'm afraid.

Out of interest, did you buy your device directly from Three or did you buy it from elsewhere and pop a Three sim card into it?

Everybody in the UK with unlocked S24 series got One UI 7 on 10th April, 25. If you still haven't got it as on 6th of May, there's a problem because at this point, even S23 series has got them all updates.

You can check what firmware CSC is your device on, and if its not EUX, EVR, that's probably the reason.

Goto settings > about > software info > service provider software information, it should look like [SAxx_SM-S918B_OXM_EUX_15_xxxx EUX/-/EUX/EUX]
