Please how can I track my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra that was taken from me last night? I just got it in December and my insurance doesn't cover theft, just damage!
I'm confused

Hello 👋 @uDee and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

I'm sorry to learn your phone has been stolen.  😔

If you can then download the Samsung Find app from the Playstore, so you can see if you can track the phone.

There is also Find My Mobile  you can use which is explained in ttis Samsung Help Link below.

If needed you can also Remotely Lock / wipe the phone.

Unfortunately if the thief has removed the sim / turned off he phone then tracking won't be possible, but you may get a last location recieved marker.

I appreciate you don't have phone insurance but do check any Household Contents Insurance ,and or some bank accounts provide cover as a perk of the account.

Terms and Conditions and any excess fee's would need to be checked.

At the very least inform the Police to report the theft and they'll give you a crime number.

Contact your Network to have the Sim card blocked to stop any possible unauthorised usage, and then they'll send you a new sim. { You may then need to recontact the networkonce the replacementsim arrives to remive the accountblock }

They'll also blacklist the phone's Imei number.

Change any sensitive passwords just incase the thief has managed to gain access to the phone.

I hope you manage to retrieve your phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
