Still no new update on S24 Ultra UK

Is this affecting anyone else other than me? I cannot find anyone else in the UK suffering from this issue, and Samsung aren't helping at all, and its now a week after I should have received it.

Purchased from Samsung UK direct, CSC code is EUX, based in UK, S24 Ultra S982B.

S23 series is now receiving this before me and Samsung insist "I will get the update when my device is ready" wtf does that mean, it is ready, they're just not pushing it to my device.

EDIT SOLUTION: Finally got it resolved, one person knew exactly what it was from a reddit post I made, and Samsung UK is clearly incompetent as the device I received had the correct CSC code of EUX, however they decided to put the firmware of Georgia (the country) on my device, so it would not update. The correct firmware has now been flashed on to the device and this is now fixed.

@Pandas543 I know it's difficult but try not to get too upset / frustrated over not receiving the Software update yet. 

I appreciate the bit in regards the Samsung Earbuds³ Pro is especially wanted. 

Your phone will recieve the update however updates are pushed out in connection to the phone's build and serial number. 

In the interim you could try inserting the sim card in the secondary sim slot to see if that instigates an update and or try another different network sim card in it. i.e not the same network your using now.

Thanks again, but sadly no luck, it is making me quite upset and I have checked my Tab S8+ and this has a newer update than my phone, as this is showing 1 July 2024 Security update, whereas my phone shown in the screenshots above shows 1 May 2024, so is this not an issue in itself separate from the latest update?

Because my friend who has an S24U had a 1 June 2024 update, and a 1 July Update prior to the August one it now shows for him. I cannot remember my device ever having an update since I purchased it back in May.

can you post from, about phone/software information, service provider software version ? Also, who is network provider

Yep I recontacted Samsung today who said there is definitely an issue, so theyve had to book in a repair appointment for it, this is the 4th time Im having the device repaired since I got it in May due to 2 failed repairs before the final one that fixed my manufacturing defect originally.

Hi I'm facing same issue, my phone is from us version I bought it recently stuck at july security patch update. Please guide me here seeing same issues as yours.
