S24 Ultra One UI 7 Update

Hi Everyone ! After stopping the download of the One UI 7 update on my S24 Ultra, I couldn't continue the download. The download is stuck at 36% and won't continue.

Can anyone help me?

I've got the same thing here on a S24 Ultra. Stuck on 47%

He is saying that the update released today (23 April 2025), for the one ui 7 content. It is not downloading smoothly. It was the same for me. It got stuck at 47% downloading and has been like this for more than an hour now. Requesting help for smooth download and install

Same for me as well stuck after 82% but moving slowly now ..... in about an hour it reached 6 more percentage ......hahaha

Hi @Mohamadnasseri  and @DeadSaiyan   Welcome to the Samsung community   

Firstly I would ensure you have sufficient charge (would recommend at least 50 %)  and are you using wifi or Data?  if you have considerable charge an idea to Reset the Network connections General Management-Reset -Reset all settings and Reboot your Device.  if using wifi may need to Reboot your Router if still issues.

@Mohamadnasseri if you anything to add let us know as part of your question was chopped off in that format though I get the general issue.

Nice suggestion but it does not work at all seems like Some issue with Samsung's OTA server maybe ...... Anyway it will be done in a couple of hours I guess

Thank you, Yes the phone's battery is at 80% , and I'm using wifi

I Reset all settings and Reboot my phone, But the download still won't continue and is stuck at 36%

Thanks for confirming, may be server issue,hopefully will be sorted out though in due course.
