Smart Tag 2 and S24 Ultra issues

Hi all, my multiple smart tag 2 devices are not using the camera locator on my S24 Ultra. I've installed ARCore etc. Nothing. Worked fine on my S23 Ultra. What's going on? Any ideas, please? Done all the obvious stuff, cleared cache etc. Uninstalled ARCore updates and reinstalled. Still nothing.

Hopefully. I didn't notice it was broken until i tried looking up the 3d animals view in Google.

Hopefully, a workaround is found because that is something they should have mentioned when launching a new phone

I had the same problem my S24 ultra didn't auto detect the smart tag 2 I had to go into smart things app and then it popped up on the screen like it's supposed to I just carried out the simple instructions on the screen and it was all set up

I believe Samsung didn't get the The S24 ultra fully ready and ran out of time and just had to realise it with known bugs this isn't on when you're spending atleast £1,200

I'm also having the same problem. I bought my new phone yesterday (S24 Ultra) and the augmented reality tag location just isn't working. I'm very disappointed with Samsumg, as they can't solve this simple problem!!! I'm going to return the cell phone today.

On my end, it's partially back after the 6.1 update. It's not all the functionality but the basic functions are there.

It's broken again. Only took 6 days. That's impressive. Samsung must just really not want AR to work on their devices.

Can we do anything in order to get further information from Samsung?
