I currently have a Motorola android and an iPhone 11..
About to purchase an S24U
I am wondering if I can transfer data from both phones onto the new Galaxy using smart Switch.
Has anyone done this?
TIA for all responses.

I haven't come across this question before but I guess it's possible ,however the new phone may have many duplicated files on it resulting from two different phone's @Apus89
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @Apus89
That sounds like a tricky proposition. One transfer might overwrite the other. I guess you could try it, if it does not work then reset the S24 Ultra to factory defaults.
An alternative way might be transferring all the data from the iPhone with SmartSwitch, backup all the data from the Motorola into Google's cloud, then restore data from the Google cloud into the S24 Ultra.
Saying that, I do prefer the setting the phone as new, transferring data that I want, and installing/activating apps as needed. For transferring data between the phones, I use an external USB SSD drive T7. They are very fast. Connect the drive to the phones, transfers all data as required, unmount the drive, and plug it into the S24 Ultra to copy all that it is needed.
Communications apps like WhatsApp, are a bit trickier. SmartSwitch won't handle them. You will need to backup your chats onto the cloud and then when setting the app for the first time ask it to restore it from the cloud. If you do not restore it from the cloud at the starting point, there is no clear way of doing afterwards. In that case open Settings -> Apps -> MyApp (force stop, then clear data). Start the app again and restore from cloud when asked.
