Firstly what makes you think it's not fast charging.
When plugged into charger head to Settings>Device Care>Battery. What does it say? See screenshot.
Try a different known working cable / charger combination
Try a hard reset
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.
Try Wiping cache partition
Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device

Inspect your charging port with a torch. Blow out any debris or dust.
As a last resort before considering repair, then try a full factory reset. If still not resolved, then reach out to the retailer for support.

One thing you can try - go to Settings / Device care / Diagnostics / Phone diagnostics ... and test Cable charging and Wireless charging (if that applies).

Don't know if it's worth it, but you could try it in Safe mode. This could rule out any 3rd party apps or customisations that might be causing your issue.
To get to Safe Mode - Long press Power button, long press Power off icon, tap Safe mode icon. (When booted into Safe mode, you may need to turn off flight mode as it sometimes enables itself). Check the charging status. If the issue is fixed, then you know it's one of your 3rd party apps or customisations that were the culprit. It's then up to you to determine which one by a process of elimination.
If still not resolved, then factory reset. When complete, don't use any backups or install any apps, just concentrate on the charging. If still not resolved, then seek retailer support.
