My Galaxy S24 Ultra phone has been in this state for almost 10 minutes, nothing works, neither turns off nor turns on, does anyone know what I should do?
If you dropped it in water, I suggest you buy a new phone. If you do buy new one it's illegal for the supplier to transfer your data, (if it's recoverable), the only place that will transfer data is Curry's, but only if you buy a phone from them.
I had a similar problem after I dropped my phone in water, tried everything you've been told, ended up buying a new, secondhand phone from a shop and never looked back.
How long have you been useing the phone when it gets hot are you use it to long the phone will automaticly shot down couse for to protect the components and sensors . The best way to avoid that is clean the catche once or twice a day spezially when you it for a longer period and some apps like Facebook and Instagram and other sosial media apps they are very power hungry they always inthe background the drain the battery quickly also Chrome Brother does that you can change that in the setting you just tab on app icone and then you can see all the option you have .
