My Wife and I both have the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ulrta each.
My Wife has a 512GB from T-Mobile and I have a 1TB Unlocked that's on T-Mobile.
We have Notification Sounds for Our Phones and We have set a few different Notification Sounds for specific Apps but the Popup at the Topof the Phone has the System WideNotification Sound which is sounding for ALL Apps even though when going into the App the Notification Sound is set to what We want other than the System wide Notification Sound.
Any Notification that Pops Up All has the same Sound.
An Alert, an E-Mail, a Text, a Messenger Message and more are all Notifying Us with the System wide Notification Sound even though Each App has a Different Notification Sound.
I have also done a Hard Reset and tried setting it the way I want, but it is still not having Different Notification Sounds for Each App.

After Hard Reset, they were reinstalled fresh and the same problem exists.

Before deleting the Apps and Hard reset on Both of our Phones I had Cleared the Data and Cache and then deleted the Apps and then rebooted the phones then Hard Reset both Phones to Factory Settings and then did a Clean install of the Apps and still had the same problem.
ANything beyond this will have to be on Samsung to fix this BUG.

Ah, I see. That's a puzzling issue. Have you submitted an Error report via the Samsung Members app? If you have not done this yet, I recommend doing so when you get a chance.
This would allow our developers to take a more granular look at this for you:
