Samsung 24 Ultra Roaming Clock

Roaming clock isn't popping up on my lock screen even though it's on while I'm in Delaware, visiting from Los Angeles. The roaming clock usually shows up as soon as I land. I tried turning it off and on, changing my region and back to my home region, going to general management and playing with the date and time there, and nothing. 

I travel a lot so this was one of my favorite features. I had this probably when I first got the s23ultra but it eventually got fixed on one of the updates and now that I had just switched to s24ultra, I'm having this problem again. I hope they'll fix it soon. Sad they keep having these issues with their amazing options to play with.

I have the same problem. I live in Germany. When to Istanbul last week and everywhere in Europe and the Roaming Clock always shows up. I have a different SIM as primary this week in the US and Roaming Clock does not show up. It doesn't make sense since the Roaming Clock is not tied to the sim but is a Samsung feature.
