I'm experiencing the same issue as you. And other users have posted their experience describing the same or a similar issue.
I haven't yet found a real solution yet, and will soon fully reset the phone and perhaps will be required to send it to a Samsung repair centre if the issue still continues.
If you take a few minutes to browse the other forum threads, you may see different approaches to the problem by the forum users. Some approaches worked, some are just workarounds.

Yeah Ive looked and tried them but nothing. I dont know if you had any laggy expirience, sometimes lags for no reason. I really regret not doing a further research of the phone but it seems its the exynos that cant handle alot of things

Have you checked if the phone overheats? You can choose your favourite app to check the battery temperature. I used for example "DevCheck" from the Google Play Store to see the battery temperature right after I was experiencing the problem.

It's true. My S24 have similar heat issue for one or two days but now it is fine. I have no heat issue on gaming and other activity but when I use camera app it become more heat than gaming time use. but it is handle well by the cooling system to cooling the device after turn off camera app. but I don't know why it become heat up when using camera for like 1 min of taking photos(not video). It is a problem of app optimization, use alternative app not feel warm for photos taking. So samsung want to optimize it.

I suppose you may be told to wait for 3-4 weeks ("for the OS to learn about your usage") before you "officially" have an heating issue. Then a full factory reset of the phone would be recommended (=asked). Only after the reset it will "officially" be an issue (if the heating still occurs). You will then be asked to get it checked at a shop/repair centre. If I'm not mistaken, the heat is officially an issue when exceeding 44°C (111°F) according to Samsung (I'm not 100% sure).
Use an app like DevCheck for checking the real time battery temperature.
