S24 ULTRA ISSUES

With great happiness, i brought my new S24 Ultra 2 weeks back. 

Unfortunately, I'm facing the below troubles at times.

1. Once i make a direct call or whatsapp call, the audio, video even youtube stops playing videos. I have to restart to bring it back to normal.

2. Videos in Secure Folder are not at all playing. Its opened and the screen i stuck.

Kindly help as the point 1 seems so disturbing as i have to restart the phone frequently.

Have you noticed by chance if the phone gets very hot when the problem n.1 occurs?

You could even check the exact battery temperature with dedicated apps, if needed (for example "DevCheck" app from the Google Play Store).

I'm mentioning this because the overheating issue seems to be experienced by several users and causes even the [video]calls to malfunction.
I'm not sure if this is your case though.

overheating problem is something which I noticed. But am not sure if the issues happened the phone was overheated. Need to check.

When you make a call, it is normal for videos to stop playing on most (but not all) apps so you may need to reach out to individual app developers.

After all, you don't want to listen to the video whilst talking to someone on a call surely?

The issue is not during the calls. The issue is once i cut the call and go back to watch then its completely stuck. Whatsapp audio, youtube, video .. even videos in gallery.. all does'nt play.
