Samsung - are you planning to fix the issue with the weak vibration motor on the Galaxy S24 phones? I just purchased 2 phones completely out of pocket, and I am missing all notifications because of this. Completely unacceptable for a device that I just paid this much for. On previous Galaxy S models, the vibration would make you jump and I completely don't even know when these new phones vibrate, which is kind of a vital function. Do I need to purchase another vendor's phone to ensure I don't miss important notifications?

Hi @JSpence
I submit a phone can perform differently however my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra vibration motor certainly is felt when it goes off.
You may need to have it swapped and or checked out via a Samsung Service Centre if your past any relevant cooling off period.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Appreciate the response; however, after reading through other posts, this is a known issue since the S24 was released. Many folks have reported the same issue, so I don't believe this to be associated with this phone. I certainly can make a trek to Verizon, but not sure much will come of that. I purchased the unlocked phones from the Samsung store through Amazon. Looking for feedback from Samsung on the issue...
