Also note that a number of users are saying that registrations are now full and that there are no more slots available at the moment.

(Samsung may release more slots in the coming days but that is not guaranteed - you'll have to keep coming back to the forum and check in).

I enrolled 10 mins ago and it's already downloading beta, so not full.

Carrier specific devices won't be eligible as the carriers themselves customise the updates, so if you got your device on a contract via a carrier it's unlikely to be eligible.
