Samsung Galaxy S24 AI fix

Hey everyone,

I have bought my Galaxy S24 while I was traveling in china, and set it up there, the phone uses different prebuilt AI features than Google because of the ban imposed by the US, as I don't live in China I want to know if it is possible  for me to switch to Google AI features ?

Welcome to the community forum.

There have been some users reporting that they change the CSC without any ill effect, but that is neither supported by Samsung nor encourage by us.

It might affect your warranty, mind you, warranty is regional, so your Chinese Warranty will not be valid in the UK. If you feel brave, you could use your favourite search engine to search for tutorials on how to change the CSC.

Please note that if you decide to do it, it is at your own risk.

Hi @Reylob, I was thinking of something more simple like maybe reseting the phone, thank you for the CSC tip I will research that method.

Resetting the phone will reset it to factory defaults but it will not change the CSC (country specific code).
