Somehow I'm being charged £3.79 each month but have no idea how this is as not signed up for anything. Anyone got any ideas? My latest Samsung purchase is only galaxy s24..

Hi there

When you bought your latest device, did you sign up for Care+ (Samsung's device insurance).
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

You'll need to contact Samsung Customer Services to find out what this is then I'm afraid.

I'm also assuming you haven't downloaded an app that has subscriptions or in app purchases?

I spoke to them online they said I need to contact Samsung Germany so sent them email. No haven't made any subscriptions or in app purchases either.

You could ask your bank to stop the transactions being paid if you haven't signed up to anything.

@xLukex  Hopefully receive resolution with either Samsung or Bank.I take no subsdcriptions shown in Galaxy store and nothing added via Tv either.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Could you have signed up to Care+ free for a period and now that has come to an end you're being charged?

Either way, you'll need to reach out to Samsung Germany. Why not call instead of sending an email?
