In the same position. Two claims approved on 25th July and no payment yet.
The tracker was showing a date if 8th September but on the day it reverted back to "We are processing your claim" which, given they're both approved is odd

I'm in the same position as everyone here. Complain to the ASA so Samsung are stopped from these practices. However, the only way to get cashback is to take it to a small claims court, pretty simple to and given Samsung have breached their own Terms and conditions a claim will almost certainly be successful. Such a disgrace that a big company like Samsung treats its customers in such an appalling manner. Will not be buying from them again.

Exactly same as me and now it says details incorrect 648 621 955 claim no joy no cash back no longer buying samsung
