We claimed the cashback after purchasing a s24 ultra, discovered 2 payments have been made.
We've had emails from the promotion team asking for the money to be paid back (which we have no issue doing) but I just wanted to check that this was genuine before we do any bank transfers?

As I said just wanted to make sure that there wasn't some kind of scam particularly as the number came up as a scam number.
