Cashback paid twice

We claimed the cashback after purchasing a s24 ultra, discovered 2 payments have been made.

We've had emails from the promotion team asking for the money to be paid back (which we have no issue doing) but I just wanted to check that this was genuine before we do any bank transfers?

If you did recieve 2 payments when you only should have recieve 1 payment of cashback. It most likely is genuine.

Same email as this one, only difference they were expecting two lots of cash back after buying two devices.

It could happen as its automated. Sometimes people don't get paid and some people paid twice.

Just one question : have you ordered 2 products and cancelled one or returned one after claiming ? Just curious.

No just one order. 

As I said just wanted to make sure that there wasn't some kind of scam particularly as the number came up as a scam number.
