Notebook tracked into Royal Mail 04/11 on a 48hr. Nothing with me by the 6/11. Called Royal mail with Tracking Number and Royal Mail stated 48hr tracking is an Aim not a Guarantee. Royal mail told me if you don't have it by the 16/11 we have lost it. How can a business that tracks an item into their company state "its Lost"...that's internal Theft by employees, not dismissed as lost

Informed Samsung on the 18/11 of this "supposed lost", Ingram Micro services investigated and they confirmed a second claim to be actioned. I am still awaiting communication from Samsung and Ingram as I seem to be the one chasing this Notebook promotion that Samsung have not fulfilled and clearly
