Hey guys
I bought S24ultra recently. My phone does have One ui 6.1 right now.
12 GB RAM and 256 storage.
Everything is good so far except scrolling in apps like Twitter, Groupon, Instagram, telegram, chrome, etc... is nightmare
Scrolling and sweeching between app is so laggy.
It's not good for a flagship phone.
I try too many things like cleaning the cash, factory resetting the phone after December Android security updates, uninstalling unused apps and cleaning the memory, uninstalling good lock and...
But the phone still lags on almost every app, even switching to Google discover.
For god sake do something, it's not fair to pay that much and experience software issue like 200$ phones.
Unfortunately, I saw some videos on YouTube and these lags still appear on one ui 7 beta.
This is my first time buying samsung and i am very disappointed.

Just wanted to ask few questions.
1. Are you in beta 7?
2. Are you from US since mentioned $ instead of £ or euros, if so it's better to go to US community.
3. What troubleshooting you already did?

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone 😔
Personally I'm not experiencing this lag however as our phone's will be set up differently and use different apps, then phone's can sometimes behave differently.
The first thing to try and do is Update your phone to One Ui 6.1 ,as you say your phone is not currently on this software.
Look in your phone's Software Update Section to update, and or use Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.
Try using a completely different networks sim card in your phone as this can sometimes instigate a Softwate update.
I would also suggest to use Safe Mode to see if an app or theme etc is causing conflict.
> Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
If all else fails to help then look at Backing Up and Factory Reset but then do not use your Back Up when setting your phone back up just incase their is some corruption in the back up. So manually set your phone back up.
You can also send feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.

No, it's not
The Phone is cool and not in power save mode. Performance profiles are on standard mode.
This is a global issue. I saw many video on YouTube and almost every android phone has lags and stutters.
I wait for one UI 7 and if this problem still remains on new UI I'll switch to iOS

Unfortunately, you didn't read what I wrote. I did everything you mentioned.
This is a global issue. Samsung team needs to optimize software and hardware.
My phone is powerful but the software isn't.
