I hope someone can help me. I have tried ordering something on an app (it's previously worked fine) but it won't let me order, I get a message saying 'service unavailable'
On another app when I try and log in it says 'you can't be logged in for security reasons'
I have emailed both companies and they both said that there are no problems with the apps.
I'm not sure what to do or what settings I need to check.

Can I ask which two apps are you experiencing issues with ? 🤔
Issues can arise sometimes due to the app needing updating ,or preferences options within the app looking at.
If this was happening to me then I would carry out the following.
1. Long hold on the app icon and tap on i and then tap on Storage and Clear Cache and Clear Data.
2. Then forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
If the above did not help then I would complete Stage 1 again and then delete the app from the phone, and also delete the app from my Playstore MyLibrary to then be able to download a fresh copy of the app.
