I have been using S24ultra for about a month or so. Today i restarted my phone for the very first time as i was not getting a proper coverage from my service provider. After i clicked on the restart option, the phone would get stuck on the boot screen and i have to force restart by pressing volume down & power button, inorder to start up. After few attempts i somehow managed to turn the phone back on. But, the screen would freeze and and heats up, it also drains substantial amount of battery while this happens. I have to give it few tries to make the phone work normally. Each time i try and force restart using volume down & power button, it would either freeze at the ONEUI screen or wouldn't respond at all. Has anyone faced similar problem? This happens only when i restart the phone.

@Zaii to add to the excellent advise already given 👍 there is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App where there is also an option to send feedback to Samsung.
Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
